Reseller Hosting and Master Reseller Hosting Packages
We will transfer an initial 30 accounts for you for free. In every subsequent month that follows, we will transfer another 20 accounts for you for free as well. Additional accounts past these values will incur a charge of $1 per 3 accounts and we will inform you before proceeding. Do note that if it is a small number of accounts past these values, we will often do it for free - that is the benefit of being with a hosting provider who hosts with love.
Shared Hosting and Semi Dedicated Packages
If you are using our Shared Hosting and/or Semi Dedicated Packages, you only have a single cPanel account to transfer and this is done for free as well. If at times you require us to do a "re-transfer" because of some corrupted or missing files, let us know and we will do it for free too.
